GROW THE SHOW BLACK FRIDAY SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST — OFFICIAL RULES
SPONSOR:
This Contest is sponsored by Cue9 Creative, LLC, Philadelphia, PA (“Sponsor”).
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. This is a skill-based contest, not a sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entrants must meet all of the following qualifications:
Must be an online coach, consultant, or agency owner.
Must already be generating at least $5,000/month in revenue.
Must already have an existing offer with paying clients/customers.
Must already have launched a podcast.
Must demonstrate commitment to taking action now.
Must be publicly subscribed to Grow the Show on YouTube.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. Contest is void where prohibited.
3. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on November 17, 2025 and ends on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Contest Period”).
Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be considered.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, you must:
Complete the official Contest Application Form and answer all required questions truthfully and completely.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
Any attempt to submit multiple entries, use multiple emails, or otherwise circumvent the rules will result in disqualification.
5. JUDGING CRITERIA & SELECTION
This is a skill-based contest.
The winner will NOT be chosen at random.
Eligible entries will be judged by Sponsor using the following criteria:
Fit for the Grow the Show Accelerator (30%)
Clarity of business vision and goals (25%)
Demonstrated commitment, readiness, and urgency (25%)
Likelihood of achieving meaningful results through the program (20%)
The entry with the highest overall score will be selected as the potential Grand Prize Winner.
The judging panel consists of Sponsor and its representatives. All judging decisions are final.
6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The potential winner will be notified by email on or around Thursday, November 20, 2025.
The potential winner must reply within 24 hours.
Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. PRIZES
Grand Prize (1 Winner)
One winner will receive a 90% Scholarship Package to the Grow The Show Accelerator, valued at $13,000, which includes:

Extended Access: 1 Extra Month (Value: $3,500)
Private 1:1 Onboarding Call With Kevin (Value: $500)
Podcast Promise Workshop (Value: $1,000)
$500 Credit to Podcast Boutique (Value: $500)
Grand Prize winner pays $1,300 to enroll (scholarship covers the remaining value).
Second Prize (10 Winners)
All qualified entrants who are not selected as the Grand Prize Winner will receive a 50% scholarship toward enrollment in the Grow The Show Accelerator, plus all bonuses listed above.
No cash or credit substitutions allowed.
8. PUBLICITY
By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may publicly announce the winner’s name, business, and podcast, and may use this information for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. TAXES
Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes related to acceptance of the prize. Sponsor does not provide tax advice. Consult a tax professional.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to:
Verify eligibility of any entrant
Disqualify any entrant who violates the rules
Modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if technical or other issues compromise its integrity
Select an alternate winner if necessary
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries or for technical errors of any kind.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its employees, contractors, and agents from any liability arising from:
Entry into the contest
Judging or selection processes
Prize acceptance or participation
Entrants assume all risk associated with participation.
12. PRIVACY
Information collected through the Contest will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and for administration of this Contest.
